5-0 comeback versus the rangers! still remember when the fans through the giveaways on the ice to protest a series of missed/poor calls by the refs (when we had just gone down 5-0). cue the comeback.

The centennial game.
AMAZING night to be a part of. Dead last row of the Bell Center.

May 18, 1993 - Canadiens beat Islanders 4 - 3 in second OT, one of the Habs' 10 overtime wins on their way to our last Stanley Cup

Game 3 (?) vs Bruins playoffs comeback. Donald Audette, Saku Koivu, Zednik etc. Feeling sad thinking about it right now. Final score was 5-3 Canadiens, the roof off the Molson Center blew off.

At the other end of the spectrum:

Still trying to forget about April 22, 2009

Swept by the Bruins, Carey's "St. Patrick" salute...

Unthis. I was there, and it wasn't a great game - they were two awful half games. All Rangers for 30 mins, then all Habs. My best game is definitely 2002 game 3 vs Boston. We broke Byron Dafoe for good that night

4 goals night by Eller. I think it's the only game I went to where they won.

I was fortunate to be at the historic game in the old Madison Square Garden in which Jacques Plante was struck in the face by an Andy Bathgate slap shot. He left with a bleeding gash that was stitched, came back wearing a mask (for the first time in the NHL), and won the game.

For sure. My first "in" Montreal game with my family! A win, a hat-trick, a great night!

Wow. And there I was, felling old (by HFB standards, anyways) by mentioning a game for almost 20 years ago

All kidding aside, compared to the Centennial game, the 'biggest comeback' one, etc, that game is not 'historic' - IT'S HISTORY.

7th game of Stanley Cup finals in 1971 in Chicago. I was a Blackhawks fan as a kid.

My toughest loss as a fan. Ever. To this day. FU Lemaire for the luckiest goal of all time (2:30 of link)

That was cool... but I was very ******* lucky to witness Game 2 of the 1992 SCF...

The one with McSorley's stick and Desjardin's hat trick... Patrick Roy's EPIC OT victory at the Montreal Forum.

Man, THAT was crazy ****

The whole Forum and Planet of Hab fans smelled the blood of Gretzky's Kings... and the Forum lifted right off its foundations.

Never forget it.

Oh man that must've been such a great moment! Earliest I can remember is watching St Patrick at the Forum, but it's too bad I was about 15 years too young to really enjoy the real Canadiens dynasty...

The centennial game. December 4th against the bruins. Habs 5-1. Probably the highlight of my life. I could shed tears just thinking about it. Holy **** I love the habs. I think I care more about the well being of the habs than myself. I don't know what I would do without them. They're more valuable to me than air.

My first NHL game ever (seeing the Nordiques doesn't count, obviously) was the 6th game against Boston in 2004 in the first round. I'm one of the lucky few to see Darren Langdon score a goal live.

I saw that at Champs and was blown away by the magic off the TV screen... It must have been unreal to have been there.

That one is in my top top all-time favourites.

Habs 5-0 win over the Bruins in Game 7. The riot game. Loudest game I've been to in my life. I had to cover my ears.
