No clue. Assuming everything in the OP is wrong would probably be your best bet.

I put Hackett as the starter because someone mentioned him during the last GDT.

Russo and AP both says Hackett likely. I asked Russo on Twitter and he said "Hack" initially and expanded by saying "Hackett, unless they changed their minds."
