Well, Radulov and Cervenka are out of the competition now
So... if Kuznetsov stays and Tarasenko with Granlund leave then I'd say Kuznetsov, if not this year, next year he'll definitely be...
Goalies... Barulin, Ramo, Vehanen?
But my bet is Kuznetsov, even if Tarasenko and Granlund stay in Europe to develop too..... Just don't see anyone else. Anisin was fantastic in play-offs of KHL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JYj--zfzUVM
though I laugh at the idea that he could one day play in NHL
I'm sure there are good guys in other European leagues but I'm not a specialist as concerns them... and Silfverberg is already in NHL (sort of).
I think next year Chudinov will be great and he'll play for SKA too. And Shipachyov might still improve from Russians, Petruzalek... still a lot of talent in KHL.
With Cervenka now committed to the Calgary Flames, that eliminates him from the discussion.
Other players that have been named in this thread are Tarasenko, Granlund, Kuznetsov, Dallman, Vatanen, Martensson, Thoresen, and Ramo. Of these players, who do you consider the best player?

All are really great players, but IMO it's hard to look past Kuznetsov and Tarasenko was beastly in playoffs as well. I'd throw Komarov in discussion too, has a different skill set, but think what you want about him, but he is a really smart player. Personal favorite of mine is Tereschenko, always involved in a game, makes his line tick. Nikulin could should get a shout as defender, been force for Russia for quite some time.
well according to some of my fellow bruins fans some 27 year old named sodenberg i dont know sadly they dotn televise these players for me to actually make a real comment
The Best goalies are Ortio, Rämö, Ahonen, Barulin, Yeryomenko and Stana... Hard to say who is best.
The Best forwards in SM-Liiga are Sakari Salminen, KalPa 28 games 16+15=31 points 10 PIM and +- is +12. JP Haataja, Kärpät 31 games 18+17=35 points 38 PIM and +- is +7.Ilari Filppula, Jokerit 31 games 14+28=42 points. 24 PIM +- is +13.
I haven´t watched any Elitserien, but I think the best player there is Bud Holloway. 30 games, 14+27=41 points 20 PIM and +- is +16.
The Best players at KHL are Radulov, Mozyakin, Zaborsky, Lehterä, Kontiola, Nikulin...
I can´t say anything about DEL , NLA or Extraliga because I know nothing about them.
Outside of NHLers playing in Europe right now I'd say Radulov. The guy is a very good player and looked solid with Nashville. I hope he comes back to the NHL as soon as possible.
