Even though he has let in 5 goals, Cam has had a terrific game.

Harrison and Faulk are playing the role of passengers in this third period.

You've got learn to built a sixth sense about these sort of things. Didn't have a good feeling about yesterday's game, went to a movie instead. Didn't have a good feeling about the 3rd period of this game, found something else on.
Watching all of the good the team does and none of the bad makes them much easier to cheer for

Next Red Wing shot makes 50. His SV% won't suffer too much.

Just stopping by to say Ward is a beast.
I hope you guys draw and quarter anyone who talks about trading him.

Shots in the third period are 18-3. I'm sorry, Cam.

No, Tripp, they should not install these boards in every building. Worst idea ever?

Only reason you guys don't have a 5 goal lead or so.

I'll give the boys credit, they haven't quit. Just too big of a hole to start the season and not enough legs at the end of it.

Pretty sure they were just dead on their feet in that last period. I ****ing hate back-to-backs on road trips.

Yep, they were gassed after Detroit responded quickly to the Canes back to back PPGs. The emotion was sucked out of them and when you're on a back to back that's disaster. No emotion = no legs, and no legs = no win. Not against a team like the Red Wings regardless of how Cam played.

Hell of an effort by Cam. 10 goals against in 2 games, but I'm not mad at him after this one. Detroit is just on another level. That was pure dominance.
