You've got learn to built a sixth sense about these sort of things. Didn't have a good feeling about yesterday's game, went to a movie instead. Didn't have a good feeling about the 3rd period of this game, found something else on.

Yep, they were gassed after Detroit responded quickly to the Canes back to back PPGs. The emotion was sucked out of them and when you're on a back to back that's disaster. No emotion = no legs, and no legs = no win. Not against a team like the Red Wings regardless of how Cam played.

Hell of an effort by Cam. 10 goals against in 2 games, but I'm not mad at him after this one. Detroit is just on another level. That was pure dominance.
