I think its interesting that since they were shots on goal that rinne got credit for two saves made by klein.
Despite the good result and a couple of really great saves it still seemed like rinne was fighting the puck and not as smooth as when he's really in a groove...
Preds are at 95.5% for making the playoffs. To me, that is a statistical clinch. To get the 4.5% to happen, the Preds would have to lose every game and the one player out of it would have to win every game. just winning one point drives the Preds to 99.6%.
Preds need to win 2 games to get Trotz to 500 and 3 to 501 and pass Pat Burns. That's less than .500 Do able but the next series of games will be tough.

I believe we'll be able to split the next 4 at least maybe 3 of 4 ... Chicago losing keith is kind of a big deal
I don't understand all the love for Radulov. Didn't he bail on the team and only can back so he can qualify for free agency at the end of the season? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
As for you lightweights with hangover on Sunday; if you can't take the heat get out of Nagasaki.

He was a 21-year-old. Apparently some of our older veterans were rubbed the wrong way by him and acted like complete @#$## to him. Additionally, the KHL came along and said, "we'd like you to be the superstar of our franchise, and we'll pay you 5 times what you're making in the NHL."
While it hurt that he left, I think most of us can understand why he did.
As for this season, yes, there's no doubt that he's set himself up with a good situation. He will be an RFA though, so as long as he stays in the NHL, chances are high that it's going to be with us for at least one more year. However, one has to remember that he's doing it with the blessing of the Nashville Predators.
But basically our exuberance comes down to the fact that we've been without his services for 4 years. Many thought we would never get him back. And he is a special player. So yes, we're excited to have him back and want to try to get everything out of him we can.

He will be an RFA at the end of this contract, not a UFA. He did bolt in 2008 for more money in his home country, and it did piss everyone off. As far as the reasoning for his return, that will not be clear until this summer unfortunately.

Also, the circumstances are really annoying to the other teams, particularly Vancouver, Detroit, and St. Louis. What's not to love about that?
My Sunday School days are long behind me. I try to remember most of the rules but the parables have been lost over time. My go to gal for all things Pred, Trish the Dish, is downright livid about it.
