It wouldn't matter in the slightest as every seat at RBA is covered by the roof...I know, I was at a game where it was pouring and I was in the first row and I never felt a drop of rain.
Yes, but many people, for whatever reason, refuse to drive in rainy conditions, so that could affect it.
It'll take a few snoozes to get me up, then I need to make coffee and eggs, eat, shower and shave. It's a 55 minute drive for me normally but with poor weather and I think construction on 280 tomorrow I'm going to assume it's going to take 75 minutes tomorrow
Everyone going to the game let me know all the good and bad at the game tomorrow. I want to know and if anyone has any suggestions I'll gladly get them forwarded to the right department
Great game, love KC at forward. only complaint has to do with concessions , waited 15 minutes (not exaggerating) for chicken fingers. other then that had a great time
Yea, they've threatened punishment this year for taking push carts without telling people.
No new system, but they bought a few extras and labeled them by department to help out hopefully.
I love how we are basically having the same discussion in 2 different topics at once btw
Best part was I went to sleep then, ending both convos, and didn't come back on my pc/HF until now, long after the game and any of it was relevant. Go me for messing that up.

Don't root for crappy weather at any point on a game day. It makes my life harder. On games I'm working, I'm there usually 9-10 hours before kick. I don't like working in the rain That and it definitely won't help the quality of the field for the match I'm sure.

Simply put, we just have a lot of **** to do for pre-game. And even though it could probably be done in less time than its done (if all done at once), so many things happen at specific period (X hours before kick, etc) that it just needs to be so early. The pace picks up on our end as kick gets closer though, so it works out. Since he's there Monday through Friday (and I'm only game days), I was at the building at 6:45 this morning. My drive is much shorter though, so I was awake at 5:20, but out of my house just after 6.

Have nothing to do with concessions personally, and know little about the whole situation. But if I had to guess, and this is based on what I've seen from any arena on an opening day, I would attribute that to what is likely a largely new staff. It seems like any building I've been in starts terrible and gets better with concessions. Either staff changes, the stands change, the system/prep policies change, or any combo of the above. Doesn't make that wait ok at all. But hopefully that means it will only be better from here throughout the remainder of the season.
Yupp...My friends and I were in 101 row 6, there were 5 of us, like seats 4-9, 10 minutes into the game, this guy and his 2 kids show up and are like these are our seats, we said, well no ones sitting in them and its general admission. So, of the 5 of us, 3 are guys and the other two are girls (my friends fiance and his friends fiance), the 2 kids are behind the girls and shoving them trying to see the game and saying degrading things about them and women in general. Finally the half ends and we decide to leave to find new seats. As we're coming back down shortly before the start of the second, my friends fiance is coming down and goes in front of me and starts yelling to the guy and his kids that we left because they were smelly and disgusting and that they need to shower and learn some respect. She starts to walk further down to look for a seat and suddenly I feel someone pulling my sweater from behind, I hear "You talk to me like that you *****", and I get suckered in the face." My buddy grabbed the kid's hair and slammed him down to the ground and I was pulled away from the kid and his father who wanted to shield his son and his ******* move, so I got dragged away by a bunch of other people to keep be from getting in trouble for retribution. Anyway, they got thrown out and my buddies and I are now in the process of ensuring that they are gone from the season.
Whats disgusting is first off, my friend said the father was egging his son on to come after us and 2, we think he was going for my friends fiance who was yelling at them, he realized he couldn't get her so he went after me instead. Kids like 15 and was an absolute punk. His father didn't give a crap either. There are some ****ed up people in this world...

The issue with soccer is that there are no commercial breaks so everyone is going at halftime. The team has been working on improving it though and as you may have noticed, they are pushing people to use cashless cards to buy concessions to try and speed it up
