That's from the Panther play by play team. The 1st penalty looked like it could have been a dive. The 2nd penalty was definetely a penalty. Franzie got crosschecked and his own stick came up and hit him in the face. The Florida play by play guy assumed it was a highsticking call and didn't see the Panther hit Franzie in the face, so assumed Franzie was faking, but if you watch the replay, it's clearly a crosscheck.
