I thought it was a pretty good episode, but if you want to hear Thorzain speaking I wouldn't bother watching it.

Overlord movement speed increased to 0.586, up from 0.4687. Upgraded overlord movement speed unchanged.

Queen starting energy increased to 50, up from 25.

Observer build time decreased to 30, down from 40.

http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/5308170/

I've been thinking for a long time that slow overlords needed to get a speed boost. About time blizzard. The queen energy buff is kinda crazy.

These changes are being tested on a new map they made (I'm guessing it's a custom map) titled "Antiga Shipyard (1.4.3 Balance v2.0)". If things seem to be working well they'll be patching the game within the next week.

Apparently the queen energy thing has already been dropped. Queen ground attack is being buffed to range 5 from range 3.

Hey guys, can you upvote this promo for the FRB Grand Tournament finals, which is tonight at 7PM EST?!?!?!?!?

We're going to re-broadcast the semifinals (QuanticIllusion vs coLGanZi, and GoSuViBE vs GoSuTgun) starting at 7, and then probably at about 8:30, the 3rd place and finals will start.

ALSO!

If you're on twitter, please participate in our Fan Giveaway! You can win a Korean SC2 account (or a $50 value seen here: http://youre.pro/rewards)

It's super easy to participate - all you have to do is...

(1) Make a profile on www.Youre.Pro - a SC2 site where you get Youre.Pro credits and can wager them against other SC2 players on the site, and then use them to buy things like Amazon vouchers, GSL season passes, XBox Live Gold subscriptions, Battlefield 3, and of course a Korean SC2 account!

(2) Make a tweet to @FRBGrandTourney and @CyberSportsTV with the following
-Your predictions for the Finals and the 3rd place series (matchups below)
-A link to your new Youre.Pro profile (www.youre.pro/profile/userprofile/YourNameHere)
-Hashtag #SC2

Finals & 3rd Place matchups:
Spoil:

Finals: coLGanZi (T) vs GoSuviBE (Z)

3rd Place: QuanticIllusion* (R) vs GoSutgun (Z)

*Formerly vileIllusion

An example of an eligible tweet would be: @FRBGrandTourney @CyberSportsTV FinalsWinner 3rdWinner www.youre.pro/profile/userprofile/YourNameHere #SC2

The tweet needs to be sent in by before the casters start casting the first game of the 3rd place series.

The prizes:
-Grand Prize: 5000 Youre.pro credits ($50 value - enough to redeem for a Korean SC2 account and have some left over)
-2nd Place: 1500 Youre.pro credits ($15 value)
-3rd Place: 1000 Youre.pro credits ($10 value)

Iron Squid one hour late, lagging, horrible sound and saturation.

Well, whatever. They are fixing the problems as fast ad they can and hopefully the actual finals games will be awesome.

Edit. MMA vs aLive first.

Accident post.

Well... still all kinds of lag and other problems, but it's free.

Nothing exciting yet. Pretty standard tvt game.

Edit. English stream now unwatchable. German stream it is then.

Edit2. *****ing because there isn't much exciting stuff happening in the game. Going to be a looong series.

I'm thinking about buying the game, one question.

Are there any zero clutter games on multi player for SC2?

Probably, most maps like that are in the custom section.

I just logged into sc2 and it had zero clutter maps in the custom section. Whether or not they're popular enough to be populated is an other story.

Okay they've finally caught up with BattleNet 1.0 ... That's actually worse. Both statements are true though.

Regardless, no need to bring LoL into the discussion, it never goes anywhere and ****storms commence.

Meh. That's why i'm a mod bro. The fact is LoL has a much more in depth user experience and everything in that post should have existed at launch because even BattleNet 1.0 had it.

I'm definitely happy to see it all being added in HOTS though.

Would love it if Blizz implemented ladder spectating like in LoL. One of the best things about LoL is being able to pop in and spectate ranked games if I don't feel like investing time to play a game. Would use this a ton in SC2.
