Tiebreakers - From NHL.com
1. The fewer number of games played (i.e., superior points percentage).
2. The greater number of games won, excluding games won in the shootout.
3. The greater number of points earned in games between the tied clubs. If two clubs are tied, and have not played an equal number of home games against each other, points earned in the first game played in the city that had the extra game shall not be included. If more than two clubs are tied, the higher percentage of available points earned in games among those clubs, and not including any "odd" games, shall be used to determine the standing.
4. The greater differential between goals for and against for the entire regular season.

Win this and Calgary is done.

Just come out strong and don't collapse again. We can't get used to relying on Kari every night.

I think we play better on the road since the ASB. Play our shut down game, frustrate them, burn them when they make mistakes. Win

Hopefully they don't play as bad as they did the last time they were in Calgary. Flames controlled the 3rd period big time that night.

Believe in Kari!

Would be very good to beat Calgary tomorrow, in regulation.

Don't even care if it comes in regulation. Calgary is all but done anyways. Just somehow, someway, get the two points and move on to Edmonton.

Gonna be in the stands today (sitting in the 'Dome's equivalent to $9 seats @ 25 a piece)
Got fans of Van, Bos, and Edmonton wearing my extra Stars jerseys in support tonight.

Go Stars...

It's a weird position to be in where the team really isn't playing very well at all yet the playoffs are now definitely within sight.

If we focused for 60 minutes rather than 20 minutes then I am sure we will win. Stars are a better team right now and hope they prove it tonight GO!!! ST/\RS!!! GO!!!

I don't want it to happen on principal, I'm tired of seeing 3 point games. Also if we win in shootout it doesn't help our ROW obviously.

we really don't need ROW help we're 3 clear of everyone else we're competing with

Doesn't mean they can't still catch up, 3 is no guarantee.

From Heika:

Eriksson-Ribeiro-Ryder
Ott-Benn-Burish
Nystrom-Fiddler-Vincour
Morrow-Dowell-Garbutt
Petersen-Wandell-R. Smith

Dvorak did not skate, but not officially out yet (Heika said he had to check).

Souray-Robidas
Pardy-Daley
Goligoski-Larsen

Lehtonen in goal

Based on that 4th line with Dowell and Garbutt, is Dallas worried about the game getting out of hand?

I really really have enjoyed watching Garbutt. This kid IMO deserves to be in the lineup.

Bruins fan here. Just come to congratulate Michael Ryder on having a oustanding season for your team. He was one of my favourite Bs and I was very sad to see him go, especially after the big part he played in bringing the cup back to Boston. Chia has made some decent moves but he definitely missed the boat on not re-signing Ryder. On the other hand, for Ryder's sake, he's probably way better off with your organization because he was severely misused with our team anyway.

Anyway, best of luck in tonights game!

Glad to see Turco win for y'all last night. Nice to know he still owns Anaheim.

Also, might I add, with the kind season Lehtonen and Ryder are both having they definitely deserve to be in the playoffs.
