I've been looking for old draft tapes from 2006 nhl entry draft and older but I can't seem to find them (at least habs selections).
It would be really appreciate if someone here have some tapes of these drafts, I've recently sent an email to RDS because they usually show a lot of these vids (like we saw on Andrei Kostitsyn's selection) after his trade.
I'd have to check, I should have a couple drafts on VHS, but I have a ton of old prospect games so I'll need to look and see what I have. I've been thinking about putting my VHS stuff onto DVD as I have some interesting games like when Crosby was 16, Ovechkin, Malkin at 17 etc...
Yup, it says some kind of plug-in I need. I'll stop by my local computer shop tomorrow see if they have one. I have most complete games from the '93 cup run also. I'll try to upload them on Demonoid if I am sucessful.
Hi, I visited my computer shop he didn't have an analog to digital cord in stock but he will switch tapes to DVD for $5 a tape. Which I will do probably as cord will cost plus he is a pro, should be able to do better work than me. Probably be next week as kind of busy now plus have an ill, elderly mother to attend to. I found the '01 and '05 drafts and know for sure I have them back as far as 93. Just need to rummage around a bit yet. I found 3 tapes from '93 playoffs, so I would estimate 8-10 games.
Google video might have some. They have old games.
Youtube has some. I have a video of Leblanc getting drafted. My ****ing camera made a ton of noise for some stupid reason. I didn't get it to stop until a few months later.
Yeah like I said, I can find some recent videos on YouTube.. but not the older ones (except Hainsey and Hossa lol). For some reason, there's no McDonagh or Pacioretty video.. but I will wait if someone has them ^^
I finally picked up my DVDs today, after some time, the computer shop forgot to do them for a week. They came out fairly decent but some reason Demonoid won't let me upload. I am about ready to give up on them. There is way too much to this than I thought
I just put one draft on Demonoid, it said it took it and should appear in a few minutes. Try it and see if I did it right. Don't really know what I am doing. I used Windows Movie Maker to trim some non draft stuff off tape.
The draft was first of tape and quality up to about half way thru was low but be patience clears up pretty good. I am going to try and load either Top Prospects from that year to match it or a game from '93 Cup run. I watched the clinching game against the Islanders today and the quality was excellent so maybe that one.

2001 NHL Draft...it is about 7gb long. I wasn't expecting it to be that big. Try downloading the 3rd section first see if you like it, can always comeback and get first 2 if you do. 3rd section is smaller shouldn't take as long to download and is better condition than first 2 parts.
I uploaded 11th straight win this morning. It was the record setter. It's pretty good game. Roy foils Turgeon then Carbonneau scores in overtime. I also just added a clip of the goal on youtube. Took 2 hours to upload a 5 minute clip. Here's a link to the clip.
