Sportsnet airing series on Bulldogs

http://www.canoe.ca/Bulldogs/News/20...19/722082.html

Apparently it will be a five-part series on the team, airing every evening this week on Rogers Sportsnet.

Some of the stuff on the show:

A look at James Sanford and Matt Shasby, two players on the bubble at the Bulldogs training camp

Lunch and bowling with Russian-born player Andrei Kostitsyn and Latvian-born team enforcer Raitis Ivanans who has taken Kostitsyn under his wing to help him as he adjusts to the language and culture of North America

And more!

I'll tape all the parts.

I think it has more to do with Hamilton being the closest AHL team to Toronto, but still, we do have some great talent.

Awesome! I'm PVR'ing it but I'm sure those who can't catch it will appreciate your efforts!

I did record it on my PVR, but I also captured the segment on my computer to share with those that can't catch it so they'll know what we're talking about.

What's a PVR? I assume it's something like a VCR?

Thanks a bunch for that. I get home from college too late to catch the 6 pm show and I usually have too much work/homework to catch the 10 one as well :S

PVR is similar to TIVO if you're familiar with it. Basically it's a digital recorder that allows you to record TV and offers other features like skipping commercials etc....

Its a built in hard drive on a satellite receiver. Bell ExpressVu offers the only one (I think) you can buy in Canuckland right now. It really does change the way you watch (and record) TV. Didn't miss a minute of Habs hockey last season.
