I'll happily take a 1 goal deficit after the effort so far. Now that they've rested for two periods, maybe they'll have some energy for the third.

There is that hideous thing again. It's black and lime green with the Shamu. He's right by the player entrance.

I miss those days when the Canucks jerseys were too ugly for radio games...

Flames win. Now they're only a point behind LA.

Hallelujah! It's actually been a very tight checking, physical game. Neither team is allowed to do much of anything because the defensive games are so strong.

Kings really need a point tonight. If they lose by being shutout again.

Is there a "playoff" team worse then the Kings when trailing? Even down by one seems like the kings have to climb mount Everest. The TSN guys have been ripping on the Kings all night about how awful they are on offense. Ripping into Richards pretty good. He has zero shots in three games.

Sharks up by two now. Kings game rapidly becoming must-win.

I am at the game and it is friggn brutal. Stoll Is a joke. Seen way to much of him tonight. All in all they so not look desperate. Tired. I hope a different teams shows up in third

That's true. Both teams are playing poorly, but all they've had is that shot. Unfortunately that could be the difference.

But they kept Dallas from separating from us for the time being.

We also have 3 super easy games against Minnesota and Edmonton coming up as opposed to Dallas, who have to play San Jose twice, St. Louis, Vancouver and Nashville.

Calgary has to play us, Colorado and the Canucks twice.

Strength of schedule is definitely in our favor.

They're the only line that's consistently playing with time in the offensive zone, I wouldn't rip on him too much. More worried about Richards and to a lesser extent Kopitar being passengers to be honest.

I think the Kings are going to lose both Oiler games. The Oilers are a very good skating team. Those teams seem to give the Kings problems.

Colorado/EDM...

I was just thinking that i haven't seen Richards shoot today, but have zero shots in 3 games is just terrible.

Second line needs to ****ing wake up. And Brownie is not looking good on his left side.

Kings can get back into this though. It's not like Vancouver is playing great.

Edmonton has been playing very well recently. I could see a split there, which make the Minnesota game a must win.

Losing tonight won't hurt the kings too much, but they can only lose one more in regulation or they will need a lot of help.

Yea Colorado and Calgary are in horrible positions. After tonight Colorado will have just 4 games remaining.

In comparison we'll have 6.
