The Lounge"...Where the parking lot of the Igloo meets the concourse of the Nassau County Coliseum and the bathroom line of the Skyreach..." - Wickedbsfan
Ok I like a good internet meme as much as anyone else but what's the deal with that crap?
By using them, are men, admitting they watch a show geared at little girls?
I just don't find it funny at all!
I personally don't get the appeal either, and considering that there are very few memes that I don't at least "get" enough to see why they're popular, the sheer volume of brony activity on the internet is a little confusing to me.
Folks aren't going to all find the same things funny, but brony memes feel forced and nonsensical (esp. without any context...but even with context it's not even worth a chuckle)
The show is good... Watching parts of it wont be good to most people.
A good comparison would be Power Puff Girls. Which has the same humor and references that are geared towards an older audience. It's no coincidence that MLP was developed by Lauren Faust who was a writer and director for Power Puff Girls.

As someone who watched Powerpuff Girls as a kid, I would never reference it as an internet meme as an adult.
