.......he's played terrible the entire second half there's nothing you can say to argue that. It's fact. He makes mistakes every night, and in the last month, it's been costing goals. On this alone, why should he be in the lineup? He hasn't contributed anything, he's only cost this team goals. No doubt he is good for his age, but IMO he's not good enough to be in the playoffs. I am extremely happy with this move; it should have happened a while ago. He also appears to be lacking a level of intensity that I personally feel needs to be in the game at this moment in time.

Overall it was nice to see our first pick play in his first year but I think the AHL would have benefited him and us. Interesting question: does he start in the AHL next year?

Not a chance. He hasn't been terrible IMO. He also hasn't shown he isn't ready. He's proven he can be successful in this league. Let's see how he adjusts next year.

i think it's crystal clear Henrique is off the first line and Zajac will be Kovys center from now on. It's playoff time and the young bucks are getting tired. DeBoer is not f**kin around, he wants to win.

No need to have PHK line together. IMO Zajac-Kovalchuk looked pretty decent against Pitt. Keep em together.
