1. Connolly
2. Lombardi
3. Armstrong
4. Komisarek
5. Phaneuf
6. Macarthur
7. Gustavsson
8. Crabb
.....................they're in no particular order as they're all bad. Doesn't matter which ones first, second, or third etc.....what a waste of cap space. These guys have no heart and no passion for the game. Just there for the ride and a millions of dollars in pay.
I wouldn't mind Crabb as a 4th line, he's all hustle. But I also wouldn't mind Phaneuf traded, he's not working as the captain of this team and has really gone downhill since the ASG. The rest... just get rid of for whatever you can.

That's a great list, I might even add a name or two (Steckel wins draws, but I don't see much else that I like from him, big but doesn't use his size, very little offense, but maybe 9th on the list). I don't mind Crabb on the 4th line.

There's one constant though: Ownership. Read somewhere that JFJ went to the board and asked Peddie if he could rebuild the team when they really needed it, they said no. Doesn't excuse him for the Toskala and Nolan trades, which were brutal.

This tank might make it to base without hitting a land mine.

Desjardins estimates that about 40% of the game is captured by Corsi analysis.

This can all be traced back to the Rask trade. We would have a goalie if we had not done that.

I'm not blaming JFJ, afterall after Burke had been the GM of this team for the better part of a season, he reasoned we were a player away from the playoffs. That team was JFJ's, so how dumb is Burke?

I would not not anything back for those guys. I guess Burke guessed wrong when he thought we could squeeze in the playoffs with the lineup we had at the trade deadline. I thought for sure we'd make the playoffs this season with start we had. Oh well here's hoping for next season but I'm not holding my breath.

IMO, Mark Fistric has been the hardest hitter, even though Schenn has been the best hitter.

If the Leafs lose in regulation, they're officially eliminated. If the lose in OT, their chances of reaching the playoffs are alive but even more miniscule than the chances if they win.
