Looks that way, he's on fire tonight!

Piss poor call imo but I'm biased.

And we always play better on national TV (NBCSN, the former VS., HNIC)

Actually I don't think it is. Post-whistle scrums, genuine joy shared with teammates after goals, winning races to loose pucks...

Both good points, I agree. But neither should be necessary...

I bet over 7,000 vCash on Detroit tonight. Deep down, I was hoping it would be the kiss of death for the Red Wings. In 20 more minutes of game time, we'll see if that is true.

Man that was a fun GDT where everyone was posting about who enjoyed what and how much.

Now we have the Hollywood Mentality to worry about in addition to the country club atmosphere?

I always love seeing Detroit get beat regardless of who does the beating but when it's the Jackets at home it is something special! I'll never forget that playoff round, ever.

Which game was that? I forget who we played, but that was a heck of a lot of fun.

Obviously!! OR they really liked it when the game ops played John Denver's "Thank God I'm a Country Boy!" Which, BTW, is the oddest thing I've EVER heard at a hockey game. But if it works....???

Like I said, it seems the teams have switched bodies so 7-2 after last game's 7-2 seems about right.

22-13 shot advantage for the CBJ... part is due to the CBJ getting back with speed to cover York but just as much is due to constant attacking Detroit fearlessly..

That said, Detroit does not look good tonight, I think they are being out matched and simply don't have the desire to fight back. ???

Good game, lets keep it up.

I don't remember, but it was before the Nash situation was officially announced I think. Wasn't the whole situation started based on someone saying that Nash didn't look excited when he [or someone else] scored so that must mean he wants to be traded.

Has to be right around trade deadline time.
