Other than that last gaffe, I thought Big E was pretty good during the 1st period. Would like to see Nyquist get some shifts with Dats in the 2nd.

Not the best of periods, but I'm sure we'll come back. Conks, Stuey and Kronner looked awful, but I'm very confident. Hank was still beastly and I'm relying on him right now.

I was actually about to write Ericsson-Quincey >> Kronwall-Stuart but I'm not so sure about that anymore.

With the goal reactions, you would think they weren't the worst team in the league.

CBJ were embarrassed during the last game, they came out pretty strong tonight. Don't think they can keep it up, just like I don't think we'll fold over.

Well, monday night gave them a reason to seek a little redemption tonight. I guess if there's nothing left to play for you cling to the little things.

The cone from behind the net n' throw it into conklin's feet. Nothing major.

I think they need to try out Quincey-Stuart and Kronwall-Ericsson. That pair is a mess.

They played Quincey-Stuart together toward the end of the period. We'll see if it holds heading into the 2nd

Massenhoven is officiating? That explains some of the weak calls and noncalls against the Wings...

Funny how the officiating is going.

Filpulla gets crosschecked and facewashed: no call
Stewart pushes a guy's head: roughing

Stewart gets hit by Umberger's stick in the face: no call
Emmerton hits Boll: high stick

Nyquist is the only 4th liner who's bothered to show up.

Nyquist is very impressive, even if he's playing in the 4th line.

You mean the only 1st liner who has to play on the fourth line?

Yup.
