Burke-trades our first, says "we got Spencer Abbott for free who could of been a top first rounder, so trading our first isn't that big of a deal" oh man, i hope this **** doesn't happen over again...

Apparently he suffered a concussion recently, add to that the kid is small, I'm not getting excited about the signing.

Wouldn't surprise me if he finishes the season with the Leafs just to get a look at him and burn a year off his ELC.

I remember hearing something about this kid at the beginning of the season, on here possibly? Anyways, seems like he was on Burke's radar and from the videos I've watched on him it seems like he plays alot like Matt Read in Philly? Not saying he will score 20goals next year like Read so don't flame me but there are similarities between the two it looks like.
Maybe we've finally found a "free wallet" with a couple bucks in it!

Neither has signing free-agents, or having our guys develop from within. Guess we should just sell the team and move it to Quebec City!

Amazing, most talented college FA out there!
Everyone was freaking out about Frattin's PPG last season, this guy has surpassed those totals.

Good pick up, smart kid, good hockey player, cost the team nothing but his signing bonus and his AHL salary. Could turn into a pretty good talent as well. Saw that "C" on his jersey in the video, maybe he has some intangibles as well.
Good pickup Burkey.

we've used all our recalls though or is there some loop hole to get him up to burn a year of it?

If we get the Coyotes, seems like a good deal to me
