Primary Target

Mikko Koivu, a definitive leader of the Wild, has made a name for himself the State of Hockey. He has impressed ever since joining the NHL, especially in the shadow of his much more famous brother Saku, who captained the Canadiens not too long ago.

Red Hot Cat Of The Night

Tomas Fleischmann and Stephen Weiss each have 7 points in their last 7 games.

Great GDT

Wow.. Were not the worst divisional leader in NHL! San Jose has 88 points

FFS take Kopecky off the 1rst line already! He creates nothing!

Hard earned victory against MTL, I hope we can come out strong and hopefully grind down Minny.

Not too many games left but I expect them to finish strong

Another unacceptable game to lose, although the Wild beat us in the last meeting in Florida.

I feel bad that I don't recognize half of the names on the Wild's roster.

Hopefully Gudbranson and Upshall have games just like they did last night as they might have been their personal bests this season. I also hope the defense can bail out Theodore and the offense can get some goals so every shot against isn't so crucial. The big win last night should help momentum coming into this game and the team hopefully realizes that with only another 6 points more in the standings, they should secure the division.

Hopefully we gain a bit of confidence from the win in Montreal, and come out energized, strong, and ready to work.

Pretty nice interview with Clemmer (Cisco NHL Live):
http://video.panthers.nhl.com/videoc...lemmensen-0328

I actually had doubts about Clemmer at the start of the season, but can't deny it - he's been pretty damn good most of the times between the pipes.

Mason is also hurt for Columbus took a puck to the head this morning. They signed a college kid from Michigan and he is their back up tonight. And they beat Detroit 4-2.

Remember when these two clubs were the talk of the town in NHL circles. One of them not so much anymore. Kind of surprising the "one of them" is not the Panthers.

They better win. Win tonight and tomorrow (vs a goalie making his 2nd NHL start) and your in. How easy is that to grasp.

Minny's roster is laughable after their 1st line. No excuses for the Panthers tonight. Wouldn't it be refreshing if they went up 3-0 in the 1st and we could all relax. A man can dream.

Trust me, we wanted Mason to be in net. He's awful.

The defense bail out Theodore? Lets just hope Theodore can bail out the defense. I don't want to see anymore 5 on 1s.

We've all seen there are no givens toward the end here. Relaxed teams can go on runs, etc.

Play hard, and let's get two!

this is going to be a tough game. It pains me to say it the wild are like the panthers of the western conference except our offense is anemic their offense was dead and buried a long time ago.

A guaranteed low scoring game tonight.
