I was worried the minute JR "guaranteed" that Ottawa was in the playoffs.

Yeah, I'm worried. Who cares that we are rebuilding like some people here like to shout. We are here, right now and it would ****ing suck to miss out after staying in position this far into the season. Secondary scoring needs to show up ASAP.

This. Expectations have changed, and missing the playoffs would be a kick in the balls right now.

not really....we've been playing pretty bad but I think we'll lose 1 more (this friday) and then beat the Pens get confidence level: over 9000...and go on a nice win streak and stroll right in

This team is gonna give us all heart attacks!!

I bet it will come down to the last game of the year...we will come back from being 2 goals down...and we will win it in a shootout...or something similar to this.

If you ask me we are slumping at the right time. Slump now, and go on a crazy win streak to the cup! Bingo style . It's not like this team hasn't been up and down all year, just now there is the added pressure on fans as it comes down to the crunch.

Last slump we had, we lost 7 games in a row.

Sure, but it's still looking good. No need to panic at least.

I'd rather go with concerned at this point. It's not all doom and gloom yet. Then again, I've been concerned for the last 30 games.

Let's put it like this, if we win 2 games, we would have to win the next 4 or 5 straight.

Yeaaaaaaaaaaa, i don't like those odds...

.500 would probably do it, but who the hell knows what this team has up its sleeve?

Ya, but if they can't score in the home stretch, there's not much point in trying to get through a playoff round. Don't pin your hopes to a playoff berth. There's plenty to agonize over in the regular season yet.

Not worried.
Except it's not just Buffalo. The Caps are in the same situation, all we need is to beat 1 of them.

Im kinda worried... If Spezza can get back to beastmode we will be ok...but Im not sure with everything going on in his personal life if he will be able to....

Add in the fact that we will probably try to get Anderson going at some point and he might have some rust...

I dont think we get to 94 points...but I dont think we will need to

Teams have slumps sure there not scoring much now just as they have had slumps many times this year but they have got out of those slumps just as they will get out of this one.

I'm worried big time. This was the scenario I was dreading, all the teams behind heating up and the sens going on one of their usual slumps. Right now they have to dig in and get the wins, excuses are for garbage organizations like the laffs.

Spezza isn't injured, Anderson should come back soon, Karlsson should have another point streak in him but I'm still a little worried. It's unfortunate that we'll have to cheer for certain teams to win and lose around the league and watch the scoreboard.
