Just wondering which players you think are a part of the Habs core and would not like to see traded.

Everyone is tradeable. However, there are certain players I would not trade unless I got a ridiculous offer.

I wouldn't want to touch any of them. They look pretty sweaty most of the time. On top of that, they're dudes. Ew!

I would happily trade Markov if we could get something good. I don't see why he should be considered untradeable.

No one should ever be untouchable. But there are some players that would require a gross overpayment to acquire.

Semantics, but still something that should be cleared up. If Pittsburgh offered Malkin for Subban, you wouldn't say "sorry, Subban is untouchable."

Call me crazy, but I don't think any other franchise would appreciate Youppi the way we do. First they took away his beloved Expos, it'd be awfully cruel to kick him out of the Canadiens organization.

Other than him, I guess PK, Carey, and Max.

Becuase if you listen to the experts, you need a core of 7, we have 3 or 4(IE Chicago last Cup, keeping the core is whole different story in 2012. )(4 I coun't Gorges)

you will never develop a core if your all gung ho Price for LeCavalier, right?

I almost add Cole to my 5 core(Train rider style- Cole-Train, get it?), it's the older age thing that holds me back a bit, because I think we need another 2 years to build up, but I like to think as a guy like Cole as a worthy player Coach.
