Yep. There was way too much partying and dating supermodels in 'Around the League II'. We should all start taking cold showers and self-flagellating in a bare 8'x12' cell in Mario Lemeiux' basement in order to stay sharp hfboards posters.

If the bitter self-pitying posts about the Pen's 43rd consecutive SC victory start drying up in 'Around the League MCCXXVII', I heard it from you first....

Is there a realistic chance that COL's pick will be a lottery one? That would be real crazy to win the lottery =))))

It happened last year. Playoff position towards the middle of the season, full on dive to the bottom by season's end.

The bottom of the East seems strangely competitive this year. They'll never fall below EDM and CBus I think, but otherwise anything could happen it seems.

Gill to Nashville. People afraid the Caps would acquire him can breath a sigh of relief now.

Dang, cruel swing of things for the Ducks as they lose the SO to NJ. Devils are sooo good at that this year.

Only three players on the CBJ in the game vs Chicago isn't a minus... and one of them is Brett Lebda. Is the world gonna end or something?

I have a feeling that's gonna chain them down capwise once Malkin and Crosby's renewals come around.

No more than Paul Martin will. I'm going to be pissed if Shero can dump that contract.
