N. Gerbe - O. Jokinen - D. Dorsett
S. Sullivan

J. Wisniewski - J. Bouwmeester
A. Emelin - M. Jurcina

S. Varlamov
A. Auld

C. Orr - C. Orr - S. Stamkos (that's me, everyone else made me look good)
C. Orr - C. Orr - C. Orr
C. Orr - C. Orr - C. Orr

C. Orr - C. Orr
C. Orr - C. Orr

I wouldn't know the 4th liners of all 30 teams to be able to really compare.

Also there aren't any 100 pound girls in the NHL who dump the puck and then change because they're too timid to go after the puck.

Kyle Wellwood?

....nah, that's not fair, he's been playing better as of late.

Okay I tried and there's just no way I can find comparables for some of these people, especially the women, who are pretty short and don't skate very well or put up points but aren't physical at all either.

Forwards

Speedy goal scorer who never passes the puck (me) - Great skating center who can't bury them - Old guy who doesn't back check and goes offsides a lot but scores

Giant guy with a cannon - Quick skating center who randomly scores - Skill guy who should have scored way more

Girl who doesn't skate or forecheck - Agitating checking center - Guy who falls over a lot

Subs:
- Guy who never was in position defensively but scored sometimes
- Girl who played really hard but couldn't score much

Defense

Small guy who falls over a lot - Excellent skater who can't shoot or he would be awesome

Old guy who falls over a lot - Guy with a good shot and pass who should have scored way more

Puck rushing / fourth forward guy

Extras:
- Small old guy who loves to chip it off the glass
- Small girl who can pass the puck well
- Huge beast with a cannon who plays awesome but never shows up

Goalie

- Guy playing with a constant hangover who's pretty good

When there's lots of players who are new andcan't really do anything well, it's hard to compare. We have a D that can't skate backwards, an intellectually disabled woman who just stands around, an idiot who spends more time laying on the ice than skating on it (Me!) for the four other teams in the comp we have:

Washington Capitals - deep offensive team but the best players often don't show up (literally and figuratively)

Detroit redwings - Defense oriented team, hard work in both zones, successful team even though they don't score many goals per game,

Toronto maple leafs - younger team, somewhat disorganised, would be doing better if it weren't for their lamentable netminding

Boston Bruins - ruthless, physical two way play, have good scoring forwards and defensemen, more injuries happen playing them but they did come first by alot.

At our best? we are either the Red Wings or Sharks (homer pick) in terms of puck possession.

Individually, it's much more difficult.

The Blues make a lot of sense currently. Best goalie and a lot of team defense with players that can score.

Previously, we had the goalie but the parts weren't there. So maybe the Sabres?

** Just going to compare their play-styles, with disregard of the NHLers actual position.

Patrick Kane - Phil Kessel - Ryan Callahan
Fredrik Sjostrom - Jason Blake - Henrik Zetterberg
Tim Brent - Mike Fisher - Zac Rinaldo

Carl Gunnarsson (Me) - Duncan Keith
Ryan Suter - Mike Komisarek

Brian Elliot
