BOARD ANNOUNCEMENT: Sens Board Playoff Pool (DEADLINE MIDNIGHT TONIGHT)
Hey everybody just to let you know I will be doing a playoff pool for this board.
The draft will be held on the first day after the season is over. You will receive 3 points for a goal, and 2 points for an assist. The number of players you get will be determined by the number of people who sign up. Each player will also be able to only be drafted once, and a snake draft will be used (last in round 1 picks first in round 2). The draft order will be randomized with random.com
Now since there will probably be a lot of people interested, and there won't be enough top players without a different system being created, so I came up with special rules.
I will be splitting it up into groups, and depending on how many people sign up. After the first round, I will regroup the divisions into "A", "B", "C" etc, and we will have another draft. After the second and third rounds the top 2 or 3 posters in each division will be promoted, while the bottom will be relegated (previous rounds point totals will count for this too), also if a team from div C has more points then all teams from B after a round, they will be promoted directly to A. At the end of the playoffs the A division champion will be declared the winner.
