Sorry: I wasn't very clear. Based on the OHL / AHL agreement they can, but do we think they'd make a difference in the line-up for the playoffs? IE: can they contribute?

Id brought up this discussion earlier and a number of posters were quite confident they`d be a big improvement. I think they likiely would be as well, but id definitly want management to make sure they were. three games for telegin and scheif isn`t as good as a deep run for everyone else.
Starting Goaltender
David Aebischer, replaced by Ed Pasquale after Springfields fourth goal
Notes
IceCaps outshoot the Falcons 29-18, go 1/4 on the PP, 1/3 on the PK and take 6 PIMs
St.John's has only won 3 of their last 11 games. Not a good trend going towards the play-offs. Injuries and call ups have certainly played a big part in this trend, but in my opinion Zinger has just done too much tinkering with the line-up, starting with the shipping out of Shawn Weller, Riley Holzapfel and Kendall McArdle.

Seems like the Ice Caps have been brutal over the past 10 games or so, although, I'm just going off how many losses I've noticed on their Twitter feed.
Dunno if this is the right place to post this, but Edmonton's up 2-0 on Brandon in the second round now. Oil Kings are on a 17 game winning streak. That's just incredible.
Tomorrow's Game
Barrie Colts (Mark Scheifele & Ivan Telegin) @ Ottawa 67's -- 2nd game of second round
Plymouth Whalers @ Kitchener Rangers (Cody Sol) -- 2nd game of second round

I agree wholeheartedly. Zinger was I believe trying to make the team bigger with the moves.
They had a line of
Macenauer. Murray. Sawada
That had the makings of a good shut down line but Macenauer and Sawada are out.
I am hoping that many of the 11 that are hurt are being kept out until the playoffs start, i.e. are ready to go now.
If most of the 11 are still too hurt to play when the playoffs start then Machachek and Cormier will not make a difference and we'll go out in round one
Telegin and Scheifele score so far for the colts and assist on each others goals. Hopefully they can tie the series today.
When the fans here get the chance to see the highlights of these two goals they definitely should...very nice passing on both goals.
Also, for those who had an interest in Ceci, he made a heck of a defensive play against Telegin this aft to stop a breakaway. Didn't catch him from behind (nobody can) but got close enough to swing his stick around and knock the puck off Ivan's stick.
Tuesday's Games
Kitchener Rangers (Cody Sol) @ Plymouth Whalers -- 3rd game of second round
Ottawa 67's @ Barrie Colts (Mark Scheifele & Ivan Telegin) -- 3rd game of second round
Moose Jaw Warriors (Kendall McFaull) @ Medicine Hat Tigers -- 3rd game of second round

Colts look like they're out of gas - these injuries are killing them. Bench is half empty. Scheifele and Telegin are being forced to log huge minutes, and the 67's just look fresher.
EDIT: 67's just rang one off the post. Very close.
