2.5 hours I'll never get back....

14 shots on net. What a joke.

Ladies and gentlemen, the captain of your Edmonton Oilers! Shawwwwwn Horcoff!
1 assist in his last 10 games. Back to back under 30% games on the draw.

I don't think I've heard an announcer struggle so much with what players are on the ice. He couldn't tell the difference between Eager/Harski/VV all game. Hopefully SN finds someone better next year, he is unlistenable too.

In all fairness, I couldn't tell the difference between these three as well...they all were useless, weak, and produced nothing.

I believe I heard Debrusk drop his gloves in the third after reaching his tolerance level for putting up with Quinn's stupidity.

I'm pretty sure that he called the Oilers' 05/06 season but I've still come to associate him with the team being ****.

If anyone is close to the door it has to be Debrusk. He spends half the broadcast complaining about the refs. Louis if you want to call anyone out, start calling the Oilers out for their pathetic displays these last few years.

The Oilers don't do themselves any favours but I admire DeBrusk for calling out the referees' ineptitude. Precious few broadcasters do it and it's infuriating to me.

Those zebra clad idiots are infallible gods in the eyes of the league, TSN, Sportsnet, CBC etc etc. and I'm sick of it.

Sam Gagner needs 4 points in his last 4 games to hit 50 points on the season.

To be honest I'm a little shocked that it's coming down to the wire like this. After his big hot streak, I thought he would be a shoe in for 50.

The amount of mistakes on names he makes is amazing. Hordichuk and Horcoff, RNH and Hemmer...he just screws up everything.

Nope.

He blew his patented year end point total padding too early in the year...

Unwatchable.

Fire Lowebellini please.

The fans deserve some hope, if nothing else.

Eventually you wont be shocked anymore.

It will just become background noise. Like Horcoff. People grew tired of complaining about his ineptitude, now he gets a pass as he collects millions that he hasnt earned.

This team is a farce.

IMO the end of season has spelled the end of his career as an Oiler. He will be moved at the draft. IMO he would have been moved at the TD but the optics would have been terrible after he lit the world on fire.

I believe people have forgotten that he still plays for the Oilers...his nickname should be "The Wallflower"...

Well that would match the performance tonight. How can you really report on no shows.

Which Oilers even cared about the game tonight. Just pathetic effort.

WE don't do well when the other club gets hammering us.

On a night when Eager and Hordichuk are getting hammered you know its going to be bad for everybody.

Sutton? Saving yourself for what? Go hit something.

Gagner? jebus. What a putrid performance. Instead of being a little whiny ass all night maybe battle back.

**** this team is bad without Taylor Hall.

As crazy as it sounds, I wouldn't mind Brian Burke here. I think here (unlike Toronto) he'd have the core pieces already to work with and would put an emphasis on bringing in toughness to surround them with.
