Which they should have, and would have done, but for the moronic penalties taken for no good reason except selfishness.

The season died in that second period. And once again it was because our wonderful "leadership" taking penalty after penalty.

It really did... they need to learn to not take penalties... our best players don't take them its the guys that are given responsibilities they can't handle

That is why everyone's anger is legitimate ... you can take a loss ... it happens ... but the type of effort that was displayed tonight is unacceptable ... and it's happening on a regular basis.

They needed to learn that 3 months ago. At game 75+ its time for them to be benched/scratched. And moved in the offseason.

They needed warm bodies on D. Keeping him doesn't mean they love Souray. It just means they like him better than their next best option.

Taking someone's feet out from behind while skating by, when just skating to centre ice, has nothing to do with being given responsibilities. It is just inexplicable to me, and I would like the coach make the player explain to the fans why it was done. Make them accountable to the fans.

They aren't even held to be accountable to their teammates. Why would they feel the need to be accountable to the fans?

Gulutzan is a player's coach and his coaching staff lets the top dogs do whatever they want and play however long they want...no matter what mistakes are made along the way.

I can't believe that management is that stupid. Every time those guys hit the ice, I crawl under the couch waiting for the sky to fall.

I don't want to cheer for this organization anymore.

We get that they're tired, that they're hurting, but it is entirely upon the organization's shoulders to mitigate that with motivation and the right locker room buildup and environment so that they don't get constantly shut out on the 2nd day of a back to back, and instead lose 3-1 or 3-2 and have a multitude of good scoring chances.

Gagliardi better clear out the entire front office and bring in his own guys. Just unacceptable.

I will go out on a limb. I would pick Adam Pardy over any of those guys. At least I see him trying, as boneheaded as it may be, and he isn't taking that steady march to the penalty box.

The PIM leaders on this team for PM/G are rather illuminating. These numbers do not include tonight's game so add a few more to some of these guys.

Ott 156/72=2.16
Morrow 95/54=1.75
Sourey 73/62=1.17
Burish 76/62=1.22
Robidas 48/73=.65

I'd swear Robidas took more penalties than that but the point is selfish play and piss poor discipline had us giving up way too many PPs. G, what's the site that lists PP for/against by team?

Washington? Uck. I'll probably cheer for Nashville and Ottawa. Though would like to see Florida do well.
