Regardless of th eback to back the kings are a VASTLY superior squad. Sleep deprived or not they will win this one easy. They should win this one easy.

Good to see Kings' fans haven't lost their humility.

Ok... hadnt checked in a while, but not too long ago they had played 4 or 5 more games than pretty much everyone else.

Hahaha. I'll call a spade a spade. We're tired, but we're still play an AHL team practically. I hope for a win.

Looking at your avatar, the person I can closest match King to is Dirk Kuyt

weird looking, not as talented as others, but works his ass off to win on heart

The Kings ought to win, but there's nothing easy about being sleep deprived and having a guy like Cal Clutterbuck pound away at you.

Even if the Kings are the superior team and should win, this is the kind of game that can get a guy hurt. Let's hope it doesn't happen. Thanks, NHL schedule makers.

[EDIT] I hit reply before revising "will win" to "ought to win"

I hope the Kings players aren't as over confident as some of the posters in this thread.

Amen to that. You can never take an opponent lightly, especially when the kings are in this tight of a dog fight for the playoffs/division.

lol, that's a good comparison. He just needs to score three garbage goals against the Sharks and then it would be perfect.

I may have been, um, not myself, at 445am on a friday night with my first post in this thread It's not nearly as dramatic as I made it out to be in my first post. The Jets have feasted on teams coming in from Minnesota on the 2nd game of a back to back and Edmonton to Minnesota is even worse. It won't be that easy, but that being said outside of the top line Minnesota is not at all a threat to score goals. If they can shut down that top line, it should be a Kings win, no problem. I said before, if the Kings can get 5 points out of the EDM-MIN-EDM swing they will be very ver ywell positioned to clinch playoffs or division title.

Exactly. The Kings win two games they should win and all of a sudden some people here act like entitled Canucks fans. The Kings can't take the Wild lightly and due to the travel I don't see this being an easy win.

Hope they come out and pound the Wild, but going to be a rough night I bet. I don't know how people can say we WILL win, but ya we should. Think earlier this season we played a team that was horribly depleted by injuries and basically were playing against an AHL club and lost. Take it serious boys! Killer instincts! Rip there heads off! AAHHH!!!!

Nice defensive play by Doughty there on the 2-on-1, well defended. Except the Wild score now off a clean faceoff win. C'mon Stoll, you're supposed to be money on those defensive zone draws.
