According to this Reinhart is ranked at our pick, this makes me very happy.

According to HF no one would take Jbow on waivers so it doesn't matter .

Anyone that can skate makes Jbo expendable cause they provide the same element he does

I would think they need the blast from the point and the bone crushing body checks like Bouwmeester to.

Forgive me, I forgot the winning history of Bouwmeester's pre-NHL career, he definitely IS better than advertised

I'd like to get Teräväinen. He has amazing hockey sense and while Teemu Pulkkinen isn't playing for Jokerit, Teräväinen has climbed up to their second line at Pulkkinen's place. Very smart and creative player, whose moves with the puck are unpredictable.

Going to be an NHL-player, after he has gotten some power and strength to his body.

Of course I haven't seen these american player so much, but Teräväinen has been great here in Finland.

Smells like Reinhart, knowing the history between Flames and that name.

This is great!

Also, @ SB47, I think this could make Boumeester expendable. I think J-bo will be gone this offseason, IMO.

Since we beat Vancouver Faska is now ranked at our pick (they are my 1,2 that I want so I hope we can get one of them)

Teräväinen was Jokerit's best player tonight in Finnish Elite League's semi final against JYP. He got a goal and assist while Jokerit lost the game 3-2 in OT. Great game from Teräväinen again, but that wasn't enough to beat JYP.

(His team mate, Jarkko Ruutu played very stupid game. Two 2 min penalties + 5 min major penalty for checking to the head. Ruutu's stupidness has cost much in this season for Jokerit.)

Teuvo is one guy that I really like.

Some people have him going top 10, some people in the 20s.

From someone that has probably watched him a lot, what do you think?

Creative, smart and great with the puck. Amazing abilitys to give nice passes, today gave nifty backhand pass to Eronen, who scored and also played in power play unit for Jokerit. Sees the ice well and he's playing looks just so easy. Too good to play in juniors at his age in Finland.

Absolutely a player, who can develop into star player. His hockey sense is something that you can't learn, he just has that.

Hard to compare him to these american candidates, because I haven't seen Reinhart or Faksa playing hockey. But I see a lot of talent in Teräväinen.

Sounds exactly like Sven

Certainly an intriguing prospect, with our RW depth perhaps the thinnest in our organization, I wouldn't oppose to drafting Teuvo.

I'm not a fan of Gaunce, he seems safe. But he's missing the offense I want in this draft. Has to be Faksa, Ceci or Collberg for me.

As said in some earlier speculation, would there be any chance that Feaster would make a deal for us to move up in the draft?

I think every GM would be looking to move up in the draft, just depends on the price

In my opinion, Feaster will certainly flip the rights of some UFAs for some lower draft picks.

I can't be the only one that's confident in Feaster that he will make the best choice for this team.

This. I like what Feaster is doing, looking back on the deals he made, all have benefited the Flames. At least give him until the next trade deadline to show the club where he wants to go.

Well it's official, we will be selecting 14th overall at the draft barring a miracle. (winning the lottery)

Pretty safe to say it will be 14th overall, I think our chance of winning the lottery is lower then 1%. Unless we trade up.

This is awful really. 11th would have guranteed us one of:

Yakupov, Dumba, Murray, Grigerenko, Galchenyuk, Forsberg, Ceci, Trouba, Reilly, Faksa, and Reinhart

Now we're likely looking at Collberg, Pouliot, Tervainen, and Gaunce with our pick.

As I said earlier can you cheer for your team to lose? I can't and even tho our draft position I love watching this team win.

When they are mathematically eliminated, wins don't mean anything to me. They should have played better when it counted. Watching them perfectly execute Sutter's game plan, protecting Karlsson from high percentage chances, and competing hard has me furious. Why weren't they playing like that all season?

I agree but I can't cheer against them. The team looked loose and confident is this because it didn't matter or because Sutter was more relaxed?
