they havent played great the last 3 games though... they had to beat a terribad leafs team the hard way tonight.
The rangers shouldnt stress about who they are facing in the first round. They can beat whoever is put infront of them.
Caps fans must be super pi$$ed at the leafs tonight.
Hmm...Caps fans pi$$ed. Another reason to be happy tonight.
George McPhee may get his hat handed to him if they don't make it, or even if they do, cause that team is chock full of holes.
I'm with you on not worrying about who the Rangers face, but when I combine the fact that I think they can beat Capitals goaltending along with the fact I really do wish revenge by toasting them in the first round, it all comes down to wanting to face the Caps and not the Sabres for me.
I hate Mike Milbury as much of the next guy, but this is nonsense:
A day after lashing out at Pittsburgh Penguins star Sidney Crosby and head coach Dan Bylsma on a Philadelphia radio station, NHL analyst Mike Milbury has issued an apology.
"I reached out to David Morehouse and the Penguins about the comments I made yesterday on Philadelphia radio." Milbury said in a statement. "In hindsight, I realize what I said was inappropriate and wrong, and I want to apologize to the Penguins organization and their fans."
Penguins' general manager Ray Shero was angry about Milbury's comments.
"If it was an attempt at comedy, it falls real short," Shero told TSN Hockey Insider Pierre LeBrun on ESPN.com on Tuesday. "It's fine to have an opinion on players but when you're making light of concussions, that's not right...
I don't get what Milbury did wrong here. He said Crosby was playing like a punk and should be hit. Is hitting Crosby against the rules now? Should players pull up when they go to hit him, after he runs around playing like an ***hole?
