Sounds like the Garden faithful disagree with that statement.

I like that period. Dominated for a while, took the lead, and when the other team pushed back we didn't really give up much in the way of scoring chances.

Agreed. Dominated the first half and then the Bruins stepped up, but we looked just as good as they did. Disagree we were on our heels at all.

I'll let them take as many weak perimeter shots as they'd like.

Not a great offensive period there. Think the Rangers did a great job in the neutral zone that period, would love to see some more endzone time.

40 minutes to grab that 1 seed.

"It's tough to say New York has the better goaltending."

...How is it tough to say that? It's true.

I wouldn't say poor mans. I think he's a middle-class income Bure.

Gaborik as a poor man's anybody is just a testament to how good Bure was before his legs decided to give out on him.

Its tough to say NY has the better goaltending, but its tough to say they dont?

Huh?

I am sure a little part of his soul died having to sort of, kind of give a NY player a "compliment"

That comparison is absolutely horrible. Other than the fact that they're fast and are goal-scorers, the two players are nothing alike.

Yeah, I mean Bure is one of the most deadly goal-scorers ever. Gabby is one of the best of this era, but Bure was as good or better than Gaborik in every area of the game except for defense.

Milbury will always take the opportunity to tweak the Rangers. I am amazed that he still has a job on this program.
