I will always hate Clemmenson's style and I hope he's far far away from our team next year. But he has been so clutch this season.

As sorry as we are in the shootout, I wish we'd try to go balls out in overtime. Just seems they try and hold out and for the shootout. That's like not hitting the brakes at a red light. Haha

Yeah Clemmers style makes me a bit nervous from time to time, but I agree - he's been pretty damn good this year.

I'm not talking about his season preformance, I'm just telling that he makes poor judgements in the SO. He was great tonight, except for a few scary rebounds.

It's stupid to blame Clemmensen on the loss. We had 23 minutes of PP time and didn't score a single PP goal.

Who's blaming him? If they are, they need to get new glasses.,

This. He's not very good in the SO, but he stole a point today.

The panthers played solid today against one of the best teams in the league. Detroit has so many weapons , if they wanted to destroy us, they could do it with ease. But they were held off and contained by great defensive work today. If the panthers play like they did today for the remaining games, we have nothing to worry about. Valuable point, why not get excited that with a win or a buffalo loss, we can end a 10 year playoff drought. I for one am pumped about this

My heart was rushing during the entire game, we played with passion tonight. Well, at least the first 40 minutes we did. The third was sketchy but still, no one thought we would even get a point. I say good game, and I don't even care about the division anymore, I just want the playoffs. Get the two points in Winnipeg and i'm happy. A two points against Caps would be REALLY nice too, Carolina who knows.. 3 game win streak would put the icing on the cake.

I thought Clem played very well. Not one issue with him tonight. I thought we played quite well through 2 periods. The issue was, DET found another gear while we were maxed out. We played to hang on during the third. Did anybody expect much more? I am stoked to get a point tonight. DET is still insane, even if they don't get as much press as other teams.

Just one more win. ONE MORE.

You might as well go blindfolded against him, the only way Dats misses is that he ****s it up himself.

Why can't the Panthers continue to make plays like they did with the only goal? When they score the plays are beautiful, we just need to keep getting rebounds and shots on net, they just seem to play so hard defensively that when it comes to offense they scatter. Play three guys up high, have one crashing to the net and two on wing. Why can't they get the memo?

I think keeping Huby in the Juniors was a smart idea, but I REALLY wish he was playing right now, same for Markstrom.

Anyone think Drew Shore makes it next year? He had a pretty good year.

Interesting fact, Good for us but bad for BUF and WSH fans

1 of 8 games opponent gets a point in DET

Who do we start on Tuesday Clem or Theo? Theo is suppossed to be the guy so I guess you go with him. But Clem has been great lately.<---Can't believe I just typed that after the crap I gave him early in the year.

You really need to cut this stuff out, dude. I expected a point, I expected two with the way this team has been lately. We're all cheering hard for the same things, Panthers seem content to just do what it takes to slide into the playoffs, we're nervous. Don't confuse that with us being fairweather.

Awesome.

So Buffalo needs to win all 3, to make playoffs, we would have to lose all three to miss.

Washington needs to win 2 (possibly against us), to take lead of division we would have to lose all 3 for them to lead with 2 wins.

Still iffy, Panthers need just 1 out of 3.

Cut what out? Do you read my posts? They are never negative, I was just saying.. Detroit is 30-5 at home? I was complementing them more than criticizing them..

I, the pessimist, am reasonably happy today. We needed a point. If we take care of business at home against jets and hurricanes, we don't care what wash does.

Clemmer was the stud today. But in the SO he cheated against datsuyk by staying too far in the net, expecting a deke. Same pretty much with Hudler and Bert.

Wolski's SO goal was a beauty. We need him next year on the roster.

Nah, Clemmer could have stopped that if he just didn't do the poke-check. Dats went for the shot, no fakes. You're acting like he's superhuman, even though he looks like that some times, that was an attempt that Clemmer could have stopped, but he went for the gamble..

Don't get me wrong, I don't blame Clemmer for the lost, but his decision making in the SO is highly questionable.

But gotta be happy with one point in Detroit. We played a great first period, a decent second and a terrible third. One point is okay, but I wish we could have stole another in the SO.

Ottawa clinched with 92 points. We have 91. Do we lose out on a tie break?

Cut it out with the Clemmer bashing. We should thank him for getting us one step closer to clinching.

Why does everyone bash on Clemmer, he played really well against Detroit and throughout the whole game he saved the team many times, he has played very well the past few games, maybe even as good as Theo.

EDIT: Don't we clinch the playoffs if Buffalo loses in regulation on Tuesday?
