Meh. They're just like every other arena and their fans. Now that the team does well, they show up. I can recall them being like us when they weren't making the postseason.

It really is. The ONLY chants that ever break out at the X is an occasional "Let's go Wild" in the 3rd period.

Several times at the X last year when I was trying to get a chant going or just yelling at a player I remember getting plenty of Dirty looks from other fans.

They were not like us, they were only averaging around 14k fans just a few years ago. The Wild haven't played in front of such a small crowd at home.

My dad yells an occassional "Let's go Mikko" or "That a boy Backs" (my dad loves his Finn pride) and people look at him like he's some sort of mad man.

Even when we were winning and selling out games the X was a quiet crowd. I remember Lemaire actually commenting on that fact when he was here.

It was quite loud during the first few years, and there were time during the 2007-08 season. JL may have mentioned it being quiet before, but plenty of guys went on record then to note how loud it was.

Well if we're going to get goals I wouldn't want it to be anyone except Heater and Seto.
