Gotta think offseason plans have to include improvement on the PP as the #1 priority. Whether that means top 6 acquisitions, coaching changes, or a mixture of both, I'm down.
This team is infuriating. They can't play with a sense of urgency at the right time, ever. Tonight they decided to come out hard because they knew this is the last chance they have to control their destiny, they should have come out hard against Calgary. They go down 2 goals in this game and THEN decide to go balls out, they should have done this from that 5 on 3 failure on, or at the very least at 3-2. This team doesn't deserve to make the playoffs, even if they do it'll be out of sheer stupid luck and they'll probably just get killed anyway.
If you're relying on this club to show up when it matters you will be disappointed. That's been the case for three if not four seasons. Changes must be made. Sorry for you guys who gave yourselves hope. This must be a punch in the gut.

The biggest problem isn't coaching IMO. Its personnel. Souray was good for the first 10 games of the season and fell off the map. Teams know he is going to shoot and his shot isn't very accurate. Goligoski is the only guy with any skill at it. Daley is an ok guy for a 2nd unit. Robidas has lost more than a step. Oh and we only have 4 top six forwards.

He's had some seriously inept line matches throughout the season. Gulutzan doesn't know what to do with players he's dealt with all year. It's retarded.
