Anyone want to come down to Texas and shoot me? I'll pay for your airfare and stay? PLEASE?
Ive had some big toe infections lately. They hurt like hell.

Well that was a productive day...

Wrapped up an Access project I put off for two weeks
Did all my regularly scheduled work
Went through two chapters in my accounting/finance book
Read about leptin and took notes for an hour
Argued on the internet about hockey on HFBoards

Not even 3:00.

Try some sudoku.

Do a very small crossword puzzle.

Download a paint program and fiddle with your avatar like I've been doing. Maybe yours could get some funny hats!

Read advice animal memes for an hour.

Google amusing phrases and see what comes up.

Count the number of bumps/holes/whatever in an area of the ceiling.

Remember that perfect day you had so long ago....

Sleep at your desk

Look up a new recipe to try when you get home.

I dunno.... just some suggestions.

I've noticed lately that I don't have much opinions left. Win / lose. Tank / try hard. vBet / vSave. Gui / not Gui. Granlund winger / center. I don't know!

Apathy, indeed.

One of my professors wants me to present a project I did earlier this semester at an upcoming university conference/protest.

Obviously it would be a great experience, and it could possibly open doors to more opportunities in the future... But I'm sort of nervous. No idea how large this event will be.

I've yet to email her back. Help me make the decision, Internet.

If she's hot ask her if you can go over your presentation beforehand.

@Minnesota - DO IT. I had the opportunity to unveil our "Young entrepreneur"- project in front of the whole business college, and man, I was nervous leading up to it because I knew that if I were to **** it up, I'd have to exile myself or something. But I also knew that I had busted my ass off for the project and being the only one along with another guy from our 5ppl group to actually do some **** towards the project, so if there was one to get credit for it, **** it, it was going to be me. I also had the other guy with me on stage because he deserved it. In the end it went well, I had single-handedly organized former foreign minister of Finland, Erkki Tuomioja to give a 45-minute speech on the subject.

It was also one of the reasons I quit the school afterwards. I was given lot of additional **** to do (like tutoring one of the starting foreign student groups). That affected my studies obviously, but to the teachers it was not an excuse to be absent or not to turn up my projects. Yeah, like I have time for that **** when I'm busy basically trying to answer questions that I have no clue about and commuting between two parts of Helsinki. So in the end, I left those ****ers to their own faith, they apparently never found a replacement tutor for that group. I don't give a ****, it's not my problem and maybe it got some people in the administration thinking about how to treat their students. I highly doubt it though.

Now all those people who slacked in the classes, rode off other's work and spent their time playing with their ****ing iPhones or gossiping or thinking they're better than others have jobs, make money and they have a degree. I ****ing did more than anyone of those miserable, disposable pieces of **** will ever do in their lives yet I get tossed around like a ****ing meaningless ragdoll and basically they told me that I have to work twice as hard than EVERYONE ELSE for NO REASON/DOING A GOOD JOB. Then THEY ****ING EXPECTED ME TO BE IN TWO PLACES AT. THE. SAME. ****ING. TIME.

You know, if someone goes Pekka-Eric on that school one day, I wouldn't be surprised, or even sad. It's called karma, *****es. Not that I'm suggesting it's the right thing to do.

So, yeah, in a nutshell, do the mother****ing presentation Minnesota and nail it. And never look back.

But don't let them treat you like ***** afterwards because you did a good job. If someone ever suggest putting extra work load on you, punch them in the face. Then curb-stomp them. You have my permission.

1. Remind me to never get on your bad side.
2. If you were a Nucks' fan, you would have been fun to watch last year during the riots.

Most (not all) have been a little "punchy" around here lately for good reason. That's why I'm bringing party supplies Saturday night. I'm gonna be cheering not because of the final score, but because this season of pain will be officially OVAH!!!!

Wait... So, you did your presentation. Did awesome. Then they gave you more responsibilities, which negatively effected your studies, then you dropped out? That sucks, dude.

I think your story was supposed to be a cautionary tale... But it kinda freaked me out.

I'm still leaning towards being a speaker. I sent out a few emails requesting more information. Of course I have a million other things going on in my life... One more thing couldn't hurt, right?

I'm still trying to figure out which bandwagon is going to be my primary. Whichever one I choose I'm gonna do up another Jersey for Karkat.

So far I've already got him fitted for the Original Wild Greens, current Wild thirds, North Stars, Whalers, and I even did the Nordiques for fun.

That could be our new theme, since nothing else has worked.

Green circle caused the collapse.

Tank Wars crashed the tank.

Maybe absolutely nothing would do something.
