Odds guitarist selling guitar to 'appease hockey gods'

Something neat for an evening lookie-loo.

Found this on craigslist today whilst searching for some more guitar gear to add to my current setup. It appears Odds guitarist Murray Atkinson is selling the guitar he used during last year's Cup run, a Hagstrom Super Swede Tremar in an effort to appease the hockey gods and give the Canucks some mojo for the playoffs this year.

I wonder if the Odds are the 'house band' for this year's playoff run again. I was only able to make it to one playoff game last year - definitely none this year - but they were pretty excellent I thought. I love the classic Hagstrom axes, especially the old Super Swedes, but I suspect this one will be a wee bit out of my price range when all's said and done.

Man I used to love the Odds. Wendy Under the Stars is epic.

They also served as my favourite artists backup band for a couple tours - Warren Zevon (RIP).

What would've been really cool was if the Odds somehow faced off against Moe Berg during the Canucks/Blackhawks series.

I kinda meant it because Moe is a big Hawks' fan and because he plays an adversary in the Odd's "Eat My Brain" Video.
