I pay for center ice but even though I am like seven hours away along the virginia/west virginia border I am considered in the Bluejackets market and subject to blackouts. And of course where I am the Bluejackets regional network is not available.

funny thing though is that I can still watch it from my phone through center ice. *Shrug*
