Kind of Skinner's season in a nutshell right there. If not for Ward I'd be channel surfing.

The bad news:
- We're getting outplayed
- There's been almost zero offensive chances
- We're taking a lot of penalties
The good news:
- Ward is playing well
- The one offensive chance we had, we almost scored on.
- Skinner has not taken a stupid penalty.

I like Harry, obvs, so let me join you in that one.
But I'm sorry, did he name his new daughter "Stevie?"
Edit: BRB, eatin' some daddy's beard.

I do believe so.
But there is something kind of unsettling about eating "daddy's beard." Face pelts should not be pale pink or blue, gentlemen.

So a question for those watching:
I know a while back, there was a focus from one of the coaches about using the skate to kick it to a player's stick. Tripp went on and on about it for a good portion of a period.
Since that discussion, I've been seeing the players use that tactic. But I wonder if it's because they're doing it more, they're succeeding more often, or they've always been doing it and I've just started focusing in on it because of the discussion about it.

Good thing Milbury doesn't get to see Skinner on a consistent basis, who knows what he would say about him.

If Crosby was a man, when he got up he wouldda looked for Schenn. Instead he looked for a ref. There's a reason they call him
"The Kid"

Based on Milbury being wrong about just about everything he discusses, he'd probably say "Skinner's a big American kid with a calming presence on the ice. Nothing ever gets to this kid."

They're attempting to organize "Alfie" chants when the clock hits 11:11.
They were better this time around than in the 1st, but they really need to decide on a tempo.

How did Skinner not score there?
And good job McBain. Normally, I love you, but that was some pretty bad decision making.
