You can't honestly try to defend your fanbase and then post crap like this. Let me break this down one last time for you, since it apparently hasn't sunk in yet:
1) Malkin line
2) Crosby line
3) Staal line
4) Vitale line
~1 minute left, game is fully tilted in Flyer's favor, it's their game to lose. Why in god's name would we risk injury to any of our top 9 in this situation, with a few games left before the playoffs?

Not every Pens fan thinks Flyers fans are pathetic whiners, just like not all Flyers fans think Pens fans are bandwagon fans.
I'm glad you don't see any issues with that situation because there is nothing to be angry about. I can see why Laviolette was angry about the 4th line being out there at the end of the game, but he has to understand that line is a regular line for the Pens. They were out there to finish the game and rest the star players, maybe add a little energy with a hit. You are so wrong about that brawl, I believe it was the 2000 playoffs. Both teams agreed to it and Pens had their tough guys out too. Barnaby-Boughner-Corbett-Wright.
Richardson fought Corbett and clearly beat him. Berube and Barnaby fought and the cameras never really showed it, Tocchet started it by jumping Tyler wright off the faceoff.
As for Berube's comments. I kind of agree with him. No reason to think Sid and Geno aren't dirty, They do their share of crap on the ice. I think its comes with being targeted as stars.
All I am going to say, I am no advocate of goonery, but Pens need to sit a few people Saturday and have Mac in the game. Its the last game, it could be a message game from the Flyers who will be ready come next week.
