I couldn't connect to my VPN today, so I had to come in to the office. I get in, and the systems guys says he thinks he has it figured out. At least I had a productive day. Now I get to face the traffic ON MY WFH DAY!

Don't know how many of you played NHL 08, but Enter Shikari was one of the bands featured in that game. They played the Paradise on Monday and it was AWESOME! Here is a video:

I didn't take it, i was in the pit, but the show was nuts. Bruises everywhere.

There were a bunch of "Let's go Bruins chants" during the show. The band, being from England, didn't know what the hell we were chanting. They finally were told and they go, "Oh, local hockey team. Yeah, go local hockey team!"

That's a pretty good sized and active crowd for a not very huge band, and playing at Paradise. I'm far too old and frail for that now I would be standing in the exact same spot as the camera man in that video.

I like it, but I like this one just as much, if not more (and I don't know who did it - saw it last year on another board):

I just heard Jack mention your uncle and was glad you were able to get your uncles story to him. Jack said "indirect connections" and I'm sure it was some of our friends here. More proof that bruins fans are the best!

Alright all you dog people:

How do I get the puppy to stop biting? I've tried a few things but he tries to bite your hands when you play and we have a lot of neighborhood kids who want to play with him, I don't want him to A) hurt one of them and B) get in the habit of biting.

He's still only 8 weeks, but any tips on things to try?

Other than deal with it for a few months, you can yell at your hands. Sounds weird, yes. My dog would try stealing food out of my hands as I tried eating when he was a puppy. So I scolded the pizza I was eating, and he ignored the pizza even when I put it in his face.

If I tried doing that now my dog would have already downed the pizza before I finished yelling.

Made a lunchtime appointment for a manicure. I love days when no one's in the office.

Since nobody is around and you're already going to be out, you may as well pick up lunch for me and bring it down...

Be right there, honey!

State St in Boston is oh so close to where you work. It's no trouble, really.
