It would almost have to be one of the guys during the late 20s before the forward pass was allowed in the offensive zone, when save percentages of over .960 were the norm.

I thought this thread was going to be about consecutive saves in a single play. There won't be a recorded record for this, but there must be some good footage around of a goalie making 3, 4, 5 etc. saves in rapid succession.
