Former Avs to cheer for?

If Brandon Yip raises the cup this June will you be happy and cheering for him?

Pending the Avs not making the playoffs, I'll probably be pulling for the Predators out of the west, so yeah I don't see why not.

I'll probably be pulling for TJ and Winnik mostly because they play on the same team as Vlasic.

I predict Nashville-NYR in the Stanley Cup, but I really want to see Wolski and Florida to do good.

But Nashville is the team's bandwagon am jumping on. I wouldn't mind the Sharks to do good as well.

I would but their fans raid every thread and bring up how bad Johnson was and is. I don't want them to have the joy of a cup win.

I'll be cheering for Yip, not because I'm a fan of Yip but because the Preds are my second favourite team so I'll cheer for Yip even though I'm not a fan of him.

Also I'll be cheering for Galiardi and the Sharks. I like the Sharks a lot so hopefully they can do well. I'm not a fan of Thornton but other than him I like all of their stars. Also Galiardi is one of my favourite players in the league.

I'll cheer for them. They were still members of the Avs and we should atleast give them some respect.

I agree, hopefully Quincey has a good run with the Wings.

If the Avs don't make the playoffs I'm hoping for Nashville to go all the way.

Can't say there are really any other former players I want to see win it.

I want to jump the nashville bandwagon, but I just couldn't imagine watching all their games. They can make a game quite boring...

Colin Wilson is on that team, too. So that'd be 2 BU guys winning the cup. I'm okay with that

I never associated Nashville hockey with boring. I love their fans they are rabid and that arena is loud. If the Avs dont make it in i'll prolly head East and cheer for the Caps. I wish no success to the Blues thanks to their fans and hope they get ousted in the 1st round. I will however root for Shatty and Stew to score all the goals. If the Kings eek in I will cheer for them always been a huge Kopitar fan.

Blues first. Don't care for Stewart but I love Shatty and I've always liked the Blues.
After that probably San Jose because I like Thornton and the ex-Avs.
Then Nashville. Not because of Yip or anything, but I like how they've shown you can have a rabid fanbase in the south. Other than the stupid chant after goals I really like the team and the fans.
Then Vancouver (shutup, I know, I'm a traitor) because I like a lot of their players (mostly except Burrows and Lapierre)

I'll be pulling for San Jose, always had a soft spot for them since living in SF when they gave Detroit fits. Aside from that, anyone playing Detroit, Dallas and Vancouver will do.

I don't usually like the Rangers, but this year's edition is really fun to watch. Ryan Callahan is one of my favorite non-Avs, what a warrior.
