WAIVERS/BUYOUTS Waivers/Buyouts • You can waive ONE player to the minors or Europe for cap relief. • Each team has the option of buying out ONE contract during the Entry Draft and Free Agency periods. • Waivers are a first come first serve basis • A player will be on waivers for 12 hours after the player was waived. • If a team claims a player off of waivers, he cannot be traded without clearing waivers, with his previous team having first priority

TRADES Trades • All trades must be sent to Evgeni Giroux and TBA or else they are Veto’d • After sending in a trade you may post ONLY if it does not include high end players • If a trade is announced before being sent in it is veto’d • A trade involving a NTC or NMC must be sent in by BOTH GMs with a reasoning for the player to waive. The trade must be approved by the trade committee before you post. This will be as REALISTIC AS POSSIBLE, guys like St . Louis are not leaving Tampa. • Player must waive before the trade is posted • NO MEANS NO, If a trade is veto’d, or NTC is not waived, don’t complain
