A combination of both.

I've been watching what I eat and limit myself to 2000 calories/day plus light workouts at home everyday (push ups/sit ups and what not)

And I play a lot more sports now and push myself hard all the time instead of floating around like I used too.

I think it's mostly from hockey though, my legs are just ripped lol

That's good man, I'm happy for you. Can 6'6 guys wear Mediums though? Wouldn't it be too short?
