Stupidity like that should be punished with a 1st round loss.
Or they know they are good against the Pens and don't want to face the Rangers in the second round

No team should ever intentionally lose heading into the playoffs. Hell no team should ever intentionally lose period. even if they are tanking to get a draft pick, it's just not right.

And tanking would show they're afraid of pitt. Phili has played the penguins well this season. either team could absolutely win this series.

As a bruins fan I'm excited. Go have a sweet series for me to watch while makign sure to run eachother into the ground so the winner is tired when they play the bruins

Considering I have two friends that are stalwart each Pens/Flyers fan I have already been deemed txt moderator whereas they are not allowed to text directly during games but to me who will be moderator, heh. Should be an awesome series.

They've also let biron play in two of there losses.

Rangers aren't afraid of anyone. And whatever team comes out of that first round will be beat up. Don't think anyone can deny that one.

they could win and still face the NYRs in the 2nd round if 2 and 3 seeded teams win

Penguins in 6.

Flyers shaky defence and flaky goaltending will rear its ugly head, as it always does

As I said in the other thread - if either team thinks they're going to get out of this series unscathed, they're TOTALLY wrong. Laviolette will have his team goon it up if they know they're done and frankly, the Penguins are a dirty team anyway.

Hopefully Washington moves up to the 7th spot.

Flyers in 5 or 6, depending on Bryz. The flyers just have too much depth and Sean Couturier does as good defensively against Malkin as any player in the league, the series will be won by the 3rd and 4th liners along with goaltending, which all favor the flyers if Bryz stays hot.

Flyers are coming out of here, not as hurt.

If its the Pens, they come out limping.

As much as I hate to say it,

GO FLYERS

Two of the best PP's in the NHL. Yeah, there will be tons of stupid penalties taken, that would be brilliant.

This is where the Flyers' mythical toughness is exposed as nothing more than a handful of pukes who will deliberately fall on top of a goalie or take a few cheap shots after yhe whistle.

In the words of coach Disco, it's time to grind these *****es down.

Philly is still a tougher team than the pens regardless.
