You know, that actually doesn't even factor in to why I don't think he'll do well there. He may have a good year or two there, but he just doesn't have the mental factor you'd look for in a player, nor the team oriented aspect. Add that onto the pressures of a gigantic contract. Just look at what happened with Pujols. Sure he eventually broke out of it, but he's regarded as a much more mentally tough player than Hamilton.
Obviously is a long long long way away (voting doesn't even take place for the actual host until 2017) but thought it was interesting nonetheless...
