Dubi's game is coming around. He's going to the net, scored a couple goals recently and is playing physical and working his ass off along the boards. Him and Boyle were the best forwards last night.
Could be Hagelin if he gets away from the extra attention he'll receive.
A number of good bets, my sleeper choice is Anisimov, who has been very good, but not great, most of the year + dealing with injury + apparently. If that recent arm/shoulder is not too bad and worse than we have been led to think, this could be his bust out chance. Callahan in particular will find him, and AA's shot is underrated.
I think Hags is going to come up huge. He's a pressure player, a smart player - just seems like the kind of guy that kicks it into another gear in the playoffs.
AA and Steps reappear and both dominate the playoffs.
Also, I know you said outside of our big guys, but to me this question begins and ends with Brad Richards. I have a feeling the guy is gonna be on a mission.
I think Dubi is going to come up big. I think Feds will score a big goal or 2. But I had to vote for Prucha simply because I feel he was added to the poll for my benefit....lol. Although, I'm probably overvaluing myself here, its still nice to think that way.
I'm sure Dubi will be looking to shine and prove he earned his paycheck this year. Hopefully he and Boyle can keep it going. I also have faith in Stepan coming up big for us.
I voted for Boyle because he has come around recently
but I think Dubinsky needs to step it up either by bringing the wood down low or by crashing the net and looking for rebounds. I don't think Brandon has to score, he just has to prevent the Sens from scoring and to keep the puck 200 feet from Hank. If he does that I think all is right in rangerland. If Dubs finds the scoring touch then I think NY sweeps Ottawa
Dubi plays a playoff game. I expect him to come out flying.
I'm a huge Anisimov fan and know he's had an up and down year. One thing I notice about him is when he scores he can get really hot really quick. Hopefully he gets one early on Anderson and becomes a huge factor in this series.
