I think for the Calgary Flames to improve, their upper management needs to go because they stalling the Flames from becoming better. The ownership really need to take this into account.
Yes. Esspecially this *******. But I don't think that we will see any good come out of this and will be the same as the last few years. They will just show just the middle finger because we fans will buy tickets and other crap, if this team wants to get good, then the fans need to do something(don't re-new ticket, don't buy tickets, don't buy merchandise and then they will get the point). But we fans are too stupid to do this.
Also there is blame on the ownership and players. The ownership has to say enough is enough. And Jarome Iginla and Miikka Kiprusoff have also say enough is enough and ask for a trade. We don't owe Jarome Iginla anything, for his years here he has been among the highest payed players in leauge and same with Miikka Kiprusoff. They both have to say look we can not win a cup with this team and should move and get this team assets ato work with.
I'll wait until the start of the regular season to answer this question. Feaster has done moderately well since taking over, and King did his job and fired Sutter once things were noticably bad.

Seconded. If next season turns out to be anything short of a disaster (in other words, close to or similar to this season in sense), we'll need a complete in house sweep.

Let me guess, you weren't a fan of the team before 2004.
King took the team from a potential relocation to Oklahoma City to relatively consistent sellouts in the stands and succeeded in re-opening the nosebleeds. He's carrying out ownership's directives, which are (from my understanding) ice a competitive team and fill the seats. He's also spearheaded many other indirect initiatives (ie Roughnecks, Flames Central, and most recently the Stampeders) and by all measures is a success by business standards.
King isn't going anywhere unless the fans stop showing up.
The guys you want fired are the owners. Ain't gonna happen, son.

Well I would like Feaster to address the problems we've seen this season. He has is work cut out for him in the free agent pool. If he can draft as well as he did last year (noticable at the end of next season), then he's doing a good job.

I'm surprised so many people are already turning on Feaster. I was never a big fan of his and never actually wanted him as the GM in the first place but still, he's been the GM for a whole year and a half. He hasn't even put his stamp on the team yet. In any case, I believe he signed a 5 year contract back in 2010 so the chances of him being fired in the next year or two are likely slim.
Edit: Was it a five year contract or a three year? TSN says five but others say three.

why are you shocked? people turned on him before he was even officially given the job.
He's been on the job for a year and a half. He will now have his chance to put his own stamp on this team with all the free agents he has this summer and a 2nd draft to run. I say keep him and see how he does.
He knows this team needs to get younger and last year's draft was a nice start

I think the biggest problem with trying to judge how Feaster has done is we don't know what he has wanted to do and been stopped by ownership.

I said surprised, not shocked.
Even though, as I said, I never wanted him as the GM in the first place, the attitude towards Feaster is still weird. I mean, they're Flames fans who want to give Sutter more chances and another go around despite three years of shoddy coaching and an overall record of failure. But Feaster, whose level of control over the direction the team takes is still highly debatable, and has yet to make any egregious mistakes doesn't even get two years? Bizarre.

People turned on him with the Regehr trade...
Anyways, this offseason is Feasters evaluation. Lets see what he can do.
@Calculon. Ever since Sutter was let go, Flames fans have been more "hostile" (well, maybe not hostile) towards Feaster because we don't want to be in the same mess as we were before with D.Sutter. (mind you, we are still a mess because of Dutter)
