The announcer had to say that the refs missed a Coburn high stick

Send a message via AIM to FlyerSithLord
Crosby and Malkin are easily two of the least likable susperstars in hockey.

I appreciate the detailed explanation of why Malkin was so justifiably angry to hit Coburn. Thanks for that, announcers.

You're telling me you would rather play Pittsburgh right off the bat, rather than a gimme against Florida/Washington? Would have given the rookies experience, and let the team rake in some more cash.
Figures you would tank. I swear you have nothing good to say about this team. Why not go pick a winner somewhere else you can root for? All you do is bash. You play the games to win not tank to get a softer match up. After the trades last year and with all the rookies on this team playing. Getting a 100+ points and where we are at is all gravy.

How else could we know how much the refs are screwing the pens?

Well, it was a bit of a high stick that the referees missed. So, you see, it's the refs' fault.

heyy guys rangers fan here...I am putting aside all of my hatred of your team and fanbase (heehee) and am now rooting for you until the end of your series. The entire atlantic division , albeit full of enormous rivals, is suddenly coming together against pittsburgh and coaches are finally standing up and saying something (getting fined 20,000 for speaking the truth...?) Anywho, hopefully the tension builds up so far that bettman cant help but do something....fat chance. Anywho, good luck first round and please for the love of hockey kick their *****
