Boohoo they're hurting our feelings, boohoo. The entire Penguins fan base born 2005, is the most arrogant fan base in the world. They can dish it out but can't take it. The worst part as long as they have their 2 whining superstars this will continue. Penguins fans trash talking, us trash talking back, and Penguins fans running to mommy. I hate team and fan base more than any other in sports with perhaps the exception of the Philadelphia Eagles, who I hate equally.

I think the best thing would be to keep it tied until second intermission, and based on Florida game decide if we want those 2 points. so either president's trophy or Florida in first round, and let Rangers decide in third.

Tomorrow we have a chance to match the team's all time wins record and take the President's Trophy. Our goalie can get to 40 wins. Let's win this game.
I'm willing to give up the President's Trophy to play Florida instead of Washington. Washington is a lot better than them. i think we could beat both, but Florida would be a much easier series. It also means the Devils face Washington. They should play the tougher opponent; they were a lot worse than us this year.
It's not that ridiculous.. The Presidents' Trophy only "guarantees" us home ice if we are facing the #1 seed in the Western Conference in the SCF. If Vancouver wins the Trophy and gets knocked out early, we would have home ice if we make it to the SCF, no matter who we face.

What happened to this team can overcome adversity, and we're the best in the East, yadda yadda?
If this team is as good as everyone believes it is it will go through the Caps and eventually the Flyers or Pens. Quit praying for the easiest path, because if the Rangers get the easy road to the Cup that's all we'll be hearing about from other team's fanbases for the next 20 years.
